Not eating cow meat, dolphin meat, chicken meat, turkey meat - not eating meat in EMS

On Thanksgiving day, Christmas, Easter and so on, people all over the world celebrate these festivals by killing innocent animals when it was never necessary in the first place to do so. People think that it is tradition to eat Turkey or other meat at Thanksgiving and one should not break a tradition. Honestly, what would happen if we didn’t eat Turkey for thanksgiving and so on? Would you die?

When it comes to our entertainment and greed, we seem to play a blind eye on what really goes on behind the scenes to justify that celebrations are fun and therefore, let’s kill al the animals so that we can have fun! With this attitude, we  have caused the extinction of so many species and we are destroying our fauna and we are harming other life forms for no reason.

What if you were that innocent animal that was being slaughtered for food? Would you be happy that someone was killing you because of their own self-interest?
Animal abuse is something that we should try to put a stop to. By abusing other life forms, we are only proving how much of a criminal we are. Yes, meat is needed to sustain life. But that does not mean that we should subject animals to torturous conditions to satisfy our greed and hunger.

We need to come up with a solution that will prevent such abuse. Animals should be allowed to wander and roam around in nature, and not kept in captivity until their death day. Animals should be fed with nutritious food that they will be happy with, and not processed food that is so unnatural and that puts them into a state such as the Mad Cow disease. Animals should not be given hormone injections just to make them grow fat the next day to satisfy our mass consumption.

We need to realize that we should not eat meat excessively. Our body needs so much protein a day to perform activities. Therefore, let’s learn to respect our body’s needs and avoid excess meat consumption.
